Sexual abuse of children by children.

After revelations from the recent Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, it would appear that the abusers were mainly adults. However, the Royal Commission also investigated ‘child to child’ sexual abuse cases, including abuse cases that occurred in boarding schools.
